Surrounded on three sides by the Red Deer River on the northern edge of Red Deer lies West Peaks, a project of about 400 Acres. We are currently working to develop a concept scheme that considers the unique environmental and historical potentials this site offers. 

Located near Brooks, AB this lakeside master plan was approved through our efforts in 1992. More recently we completed an Area Structure Plan for the most recent phase of development in 2011.

Mastercraft Homes is a 20 acre ( 8ha)  5 Lot  country residential hobby farm in mind  close to town yet the best of the country just minutes east from the City limits of Calgary.  These lots are all serviced with septic tanks and water wells .   

Dunham acres  - is a small 32 ac (13 ha) 180 unit residential development in Turner Valley  which incorporated a church and several Multi – Family sites.  This development is primarily a starter home development.  

Rockford is a single-family residential development in NW Calgary approved in 2008 through working with our client and the city. This design preserves regional pathways and green belts. The original residence was also retained allowing for an adaptable  intensification of the site in the future. 

Planning Protocol made submissions for the redesignation and subdivision of this 20 acre plot of land within the City of Calgary. These applications saw the creation of 70 new Residential One Dwelling (R-1) lots and a single
multifamily lot. 

Luxstone Park Estates is a 256 ac (103 ha)  1500 unit development in inner City Airdrie which included two schools two commercial centers and several varieties of residential developments.  There was a channel integrated into pathways and innovative granny suite separate title housing, as well as pedestrian friendly paved lighted lanes.  Some of which was ground breaking innovation for Airdrie.  

McGregor Lake is a 320 ac (129 ha)  development on the most prestigious portion of McGregor Lake shoreline with a marina, RV campground and storage this development is designed to be one of the most desired resort recreational destination in close proximity to Calgary.  It is designed to be a self contained community, with gorgeous water front lots and  spectacular lake view lots. 

Bearspaw Paradise Estates is a 44 lot country residential development in Bearspaw in the County of Rockview.  The lots were designed to be un-serviced with a school and plenty of green space.  Each lot is designed with the executive touch in mind in which they would be placed and sited with the end consumer in mind regarding views and person privacy with distinction.  

Eagle Lake development  is an (242 ha) 1100 acre state of the art Recreational Resort Development on the shores of Eagle lake just east of Strathmore. 

PPI was instrumental in achieving full approvals for this development which included a town center and commercial core and integrated pathways and a marina.  It was a self sustaining development one of the first of its kind this project was approved in 1999. 

This Master Plan includes 1700 homes with a 27 hole golf course, commercial down town core, multi-family district, school site, marina, beach, public dock, campground and much more.
