Hillview Estates is a ¼ section (64 ha ),  650 home  residential development adjacent to the Strathmore golf course in the Town of Strathmore. This is a starter home development with large luxury lots backing onto the golf course.   

Development of the 397 homes and golf course exclusive development began in 1998 and continue until the present.
